Assistant HR Manager (Code : AHRM PS) – PT Softex Indonesia
Developing, implementing and coordinating personnel policies affecting employment, labour and employee relations, wages and salaries, administration, developing and training, placement, benefits and employee services
Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, analyses manpower, turnover and other personnel statistics.
Liaise with other functional / department heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR and deployment of HR initiatives
To communicate HR policies and ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
Execution of policies, projects driven by Headquarters
Maintains necessary records on personnel
Manage BPJS (Jamsostek) matters and ensure that monthly calculations are correct.
Oversee timely processing of monthly payroll
Manage and control all licensing issues (i.e. Foreign employees, Corporate, etc)
Ensure compliance of procedures and internal controls
Oversee enrolment and renewal of insurance policies
At least 7 years of experience in HR and Administration field in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of Indonesian labour law, Jamsostek & payroll processes.
Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, excellent team working and leadership skills
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
Good understanding of human resources procedures, job analysis, training & development, or assessment development
Familiar with recruitment process, assessment & psychological test.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work under high pressure
Willing to be Placed in Sidoarjo Jawa Timur
